Southern Ontario United Lacrosse Club

Our team at S.O.U.L. lacrosse consists of experienced coaches and referees who have all played at high levels of lacrosse and were born and raised in Southern Ontario. We share a deep passion for the game of lacrosse and are dedicated to giving back to the youth of our community, just as someone once did for us. 

GROW THE GAME!

Our mission at S.O.U.L. lacrosse is to grow the game of lacrosse in all three styles of play across Southern Ontario. We achieve this by coaching, educating, and training youth lacrosse players at an elite level in a positive environment.

We will be creating elite travel teams under S.O.U.L. lacrosse to compete across Canada and the U.S. for all 3 types of lacrosse, enhancing the Southern Ontario lacrosse community. We will also be offering general and position-specific skill development clinics for each position in field and box lacrosse.
